Sakti123 Terms & Conditions for Malaysian Players

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between the eligible account holder and the operator of Sakti123. They apply to all website functions, mobile access, casino games, live dealer products, slots, sports betting markets, payment services, promotions, loyalty features and customer-support interactions made available through Sakti123.

Blockchain transfers generally cannot be reversed. Sakti123 is not responsible for loss caused by an incorrect address, unsupported token or incompatible network selected by the player.

A deposit must come from a payment method that you lawfully own or are authorised to use. Sakti123 accounts are not banking facilities and must not be used to transfer money between unrelated persons, conceal ownership, exchange currencies or conduct transactions without genuine gaming activity.

If any clause is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in effect. A failure by Sakti123 to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.
